Frequently Asked Questions about the THC/CBD-QTest

 

Do I need anything else to perform the test?

Everything you need is included in the box.

To prepare your sample, you only need the following, which you probably already have at home:

 

  • A grinder or scissor for grinding & homogenizing the sample
  • A milligram scale to weigh 20 mg for the test
  • A small funnel or a creased piece of paper to pour the plant material into the detection vial

How much material do I need for the test?

You will need 20mg (0.02 g) of your dried blossom material to carry out the test. It is best to grind down a larger batch, mix it well, and then test only 20 mg of this homogenized batch. The test result will tell you the potency of THC and CBD for the remaining material.

 

What does a quantitative test mean and how does the QTest differ from “classic” reagent tests?

Our QTests are more powerful than classic reagent tests. While reagent tests can only detect the presence of an active ingredient, our QTest quantifies the amount of active ingredients, determining their concentration. In case of the THC/CBD-QTest, this applies to the THC and CBD content in cannabis.

 

What is the shelf life of the QTest, and how should I store it?

Store the reagents at room temperature above 25°C and out of direct sunlight for a shelf life of at least 18 months. For optimal longevity, storing the chemical reagents in the refrigerator is recommended if possible.

    I would prefer the reagent quantities to be higher, so that it would be possible to use, for example, 1 g instead of 0.2 g of dried material for the test

    leider hat bei mir der Test für mein “Öl” nicht funktioniert A B E R ich empfehle das Test-Kid trotzdem. Warum? Weil, wenn man mit Profis zusammen arbeiten will, dann ist man bei den Leuten von Miraculix genau richtig! Ich habe Fragen gestellt zum Test, als es nicht klappte, und habe ausführliche Antworten erhalten, mit Hinweisen, Vorschlägen etc., wie es doch noch funktionieren könnte. Sprich, sie wollen nicht nur den Test verklickern, sondern sind wirklich am zufriedenen Kunden interessiert.
