Right to cancel
Consumers within the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
How to Cancel Your Order
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us with a clear statement by email or post. Alternatively you may use the Cancellation Form below but it is not required.

Refunds
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed.
Please note:
- additional delivery costs for non-standard shipping methods are non-refundable
- we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Returning Goods
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation.
Please return items:
- unused and undamaged where possible
- with original packaging and accessories if available
- securely packaged to avoid transport damage
You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to consumers whose permanent residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.
